Refund and Cancellation Policy
Success Coaching, EmpowerED Conversations, Team/Group Coaching, and Professional Learning
By purchasing coaching solutions, you demonstrate your commitment to actively engage in the process and see it through to completion. We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise. While we adhere to the general guidelines provided below, requests for refunds or cancellations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, subject to Blue Heron Coaching LLC’s discretion. We encourage our clients to remain dedicated and committed, and we pledge to extend understanding and flexibility as necessary.
In general, these guidelines apply for EmpowerED Conversations, solutions coaching, professional learning events, and team/group coaching refunds and cancellations:
- The Client may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchasing and request a refund. The refund will be issued minus a 3% transaction fee. To cancel an order, send your request to cs@bluehron.test-links.com.
- Once Blue Heron Coaching LLC has scheduled sessions with the Client, they are considered set appointments. However, if necessary, the Client may request to reschedule a session, within a window of up to 24 hours advance notice.
- Any missed sessions or cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours advance notice will be forfeited.
- Professional learning events with individual registration may be canceled for a full refund, minus a 3% transaction fee, up to two weeks before the event. If canceled within two weeks of the event’s start date, a 50% refund minus the 3% transaction fee will be granted. No refunds are issued if cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled event.
Success Circles Program Seat
- Your subscription to the program is self-managed on a monthly basis.
- The subscription fee is due every 30 days, paid in advance before coaching services are provided for the upcoming 30-day period.
- The subscription begins from the date you enroll, and your payment is successfully processed.
- You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time through our self-service subscription management system.
EmpowerED Conversations, Mindset Mastery eBooks, and Special VIP Solutions
On-demand products including the mindset mastery adult coloring eBook series, EmpowerED Conversations, and VIP solutions are non-refundable. In many instances, these resources are presented for immediate downloading upon a successful purchasing process.
- On-demand products, including but not limited to mindset mastery adult coloring eBooks and other immediately accessible products/services, are non-refundable. For any questions about this no-refund policy, please contact cs@bluehron.test-links.com.
- All VIP products/services solutions are non-refundable. For questions regarding this no refund policy, please contact cs@bluehron.test-links.com.
- On-demand EmpowerED Conversations in non-refundable. Please contact the Cheer Squad at cs@bluehron.test-links.com.
Solutions Refund and Cancellation Policy
The following terminology applies to this agreement: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Business,” “the Company,” “Blue Heron Coaching LLC,” “Ourselves,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us,” refer to our business, Blue Heron Coaching LLC. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our service to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of United States. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or, he/she, or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
This policy shall apply to all services available on the website: www.blueheroncoachingllc.com. The Client may cancel specific products/services ordered with exclusions as noted above (eBooks, on-demand EmpowerED Conversations, VIP solutions, and products/services with immediate access) within 24 hours of purchasing and request a refund. The refund will be issued minus a 3% transaction fee. To cancel an order, send your request to cs@bluehron.test-links.com. The Client must clearly state their decision to cancel and the reason for the cancellation.
Reimbursement for refunds will be provided by the best available method, based on the Client’s situation and at the discretion of Blue Heron Coaching LLC. A 3% transaction fee of the refund amount will apply and be subtracted from all refunds.
If the Client cancels after beginning sessions and/or receiving services with Blue Heron Coaching LLC, they may only request a refund for the amount pertaining to remaining sessions or hours not yet expended. The Client will not have the right to cancel or request a refund after the services have been fully performed (after all sessions or services have been completed).
We reserve the right to modify or terminate services and the Client-Company relationship at any time for reasons such as, but not limited to, dangerous or criminal behavior on the part of the Client, inappropriate or offensive behavior from the Client, or irresponsible or disrespectful behavior from the Client. Blue Heron Coaching LLC will notify the Client with the reason for termination or modification. It is effective immediately on the day that we contact the Client about modification or termination. In such situations, at the discretion of Blue Heron Coaching LLC, a refund minus a 3% administrative fee may or may not be issued for any remaining sessions or services that were paid for but not completed.
