Dr. Fran Brady is a distinguished educational leader with nearly 40 years of experience in K12 education. Her diverse career spans roles including classroom teacher, administrator, technology specialist, and educational consultant. Dr. Brady specializes in career and technical education, focusing on innovative practices that bridge academic learning with real-world applications.
As co-founder and co-owner of Brady & Associates Consulting, Dr. Brady guides schools in implementing cutting-edge approaches to career and technical education. Her expertise lies in integrating new technologies, developing forward-thinking curricula, connecting key stakeholders, and preparing students for future careers.
Dr. Brady has been at the forefront of the transformative shift in Career and Technical Education (CTE) over the past decade. She has been an advocate and leader in shifting mindsets of CTE from a track viewed primarily for at-risk students to an essential component of education for all learners. She champions and stewards the evolution of CTE into a dynamic field that connects all students to their potential futures, regardless of their academic background or career aspirations.
