Another core element of self-leadership is mindfulness. How you do anything is how you’ll do everything once others emulate your example. Your relationship with yourself serves as the blueprint for future team culture. Positive self-talk, healthy work-life balance, and self-care should all be prioritized already.

While current followers validate externally, self-leadership prepares the inner life for destiny’s timing. Stay faithful to your development process. Demonstrate qualities you wish to propagate even absent spectators.
